📋 Short version: Arcade Pocket offers free, non-violent, no-gambling browser arcade games. Play them, enjoy them, share them. Don't abuse them.

1. Your Agreement

By playing any game on Arcade Pocket you accept these Terms of Service. They govern the relationship between you and Arcade Pocket regarding all games available on this site. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop playing.

2. The Games

Arcade Pocket hosts free, browser-based arcade games. All games are non-violent, contain no gambling mechanics, require no account, store only a local high score, and are suitable for all ages. Current titles include Butterfly Garden, Time Warp, and Robot Gear Grab.

3. Licence to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence for non-commercial play. URL sharing and non-commercial screen recordings are permitted. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.

4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

To keep our games fair and available for everyone, the following are prohibited:

Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, memory editors, or any automated tool to manipulate gameplay or scores
Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt our hosting infrastructure or any related system
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code without prior written consent
Distributing any game commercially or hosting it under your own brand without a separate written licence
Using any game in a way that harms other people or violates applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

All game content — code, artwork, design, and written materials — is the intellectual property of the respective game creators. Google-hosted typefaces are open-licensed. Emoji are platform assets. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to use any intellectual property except as expressly set out here.

6. Availability

Our games are provided on a best-efforts basis. We may update games, correct bugs, or temporarily take them offline for maintenance. We are not liable for losses arising from any period of unavailability.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

All games are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

8. Governing Law, Disputes, and Updates

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be submitted to good-faith direct negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes proceed to binding arbitration or — where arbitration is not legally available — to courts of competent jurisdiction. Claims must be brought within one year of the relevant event.

We may update these Terms at any time by changing the effective date above. Continued play after an update constitutes acceptance. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Arcade Pocket. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
