What We Collect

All games on Arcade Pocket are browser-based and run entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. No account registration is required to play any game.

Local Storage

Each game saves your high score in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to any server, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings. The specific keys used are: bg_hs (Butterfly Garden), twrp_best (Time Warp), and rgg_best (Robot Gear Grab).

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking technologies. There are no advertisements in any of our games.

Server Logs

When you load a page, the hosting server receives a standard HTTP request containing your IP address, browser identifier, timestamp, and URL path. This is logged for server stability and security purposes with a retention period of 30 days, after which it is deleted.

Third-Party Services

Our games load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google's servers may receive your IP address as part of the standard web request. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy. No other external requests are made during gameplay — no analytics, no advertising networks, no error-tracking APIs, no social widgets.

Children's Privacy

All of our games are suitable for players of all ages. Because we collect no personal data from any player, no parental consent is required.

Your Data Rights

Players in jurisdictions with formal privacy rights — including GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and similar legislation — may request information about data we hold. Because we retain only brief, anonymised server-access logs, such requests will ordinarily confirm that we hold no personal data linked to any individual. We respond within legally required timeframes.

No Sale, No Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data with third parties for commercial purposes. If we were ever legally compelled to disclose server-log data — for example, by a valid court order — we would comply with applicable law. We would not do so voluntarily for commercial reasons.
